Refugees / Asylees Integration Services
The goal of this Program is to support refugee populations with critical services to assist them in becoming integrated members of American society. This program is primarily intended for the advancement of refugees.Its objectives are the provision of culturally and linguistically appropriate services to refugees within five years after their initial resettlement; empowering refugees/asylees through professional skills building, career development, or executive and leadership development programs; collaboration with other established refugee service providers and mainstream organizations; and to promoting community building and civic participation by refugee individuals and refugee community members. The program is coordinated and overseen by a Refuees/Asylees Program Director. Currently, the Refugee/Asylee integration program operates on the following programs:
