The mission of this program is furthering interests of underprivileged, distressed, and people living in poverty. This mission extends to furthering change in behaviors of mentally influenced people through a combination of therapeutic approaches. To achieve its mission the organization:

• Advocates on behalf of those who cannot assert their own fundamental rights.

• Provides Supportive Services and Housing for pregnant and parenting women with SUD and their children.

• As a change maker, promoting training programs expected to empower underprivileged and people living in poverty become financially self-sufficient.
